Are you an enthusiastic dietitian with an interest in working with adults with diabetes in the community?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic specialist diabetes dietitian to join the community team in East and North Hertfordshire. The role includes clinics (face-to-face and telephone) and group education sessions.
A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
The successful candidate will work as part of the East and North Herts Diabetes Service.

Working independently to provide specialist dietetic advice on the dietary and nutritional management of patients with diabetes within East and North Hertfordshire as part of the multidisciplinary community diabetes team.
