Job summary

Abbots Care is seeking reliable individuals to support a client in Buntingford, a 47-year-old man with a C3 spinal cord injury. You will provide personal care, catheter and bowel care with training provided by our in-house nurse assessor. Shifts are 8am–8pm, with alternate weekends, and care involves two large dogs and CCTV in use.

Full training, enhanced DBS, and ongoing development are provided, with a designated Account Manager for scheduling queries and pension enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the care sector is essential.
• Experience with complex care or spinal injuries desirable (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular personal care to the client.
• Catheter and bowel care as required ( suppository).
• Assist with CCTV monitoring in carers' room and around property.
• Shifts are 8am–8pm, including alternate weekends.
