Advantage Healthcare is seeking an experienced care assistant to support two siblings with a life-limiting condition in their own home. You will work alongside another carer to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to complex needs.

The role requires hands-on expertise in nutrition management, medication administration, tracheostomy care including ventilation and suctioning, and PEG feeding. Prior experience in complex in-home care is essential.

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Experience with PEG feeding, ventilator management and suctioning is required.
• PEG feeding experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-home care alongside another carer.
• Manage nutrition and medications for two siblings with a life-limiting condition.
• Perform tracheostomy care including ventilation and suctioning.
• Utilise PEG feeding skills as required.
