Whittington Health NHS Trust in Islington seeks a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to support the school nursing team across Richard Cloudesley, Samuel Rhodes and Bridge Academy. Qualifications

• NVQ Health Care Assistant/ Childcare or Equivalent.
• Positive interest in working with children with disabilities and their families.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and negotiation skill.

Responsabilités

• Assist school nursing team in delivering health care to children in Islington schools.
• Administer gastrostomy feeds and medications under supervision.
• Support with health care plans including epilepsy plans.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with other agencies.
