CENTRAL LONDON COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST is seeking a flexible health care assistant to support children with health needs in Barnet special schools. You will travel between Oakleigh School and Maple Down, assisting with care plans, medications, measurements, and liaison with nursing staff.

You will support training for Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants, contribute to evidence-based practice, and work both as part of a small team and independently when required.

Formación

• Supports children's care plans and administers medication per policy.
• Performs height and weight measurements and continence assessments.
• Liaises with nurses, other agencies, and school staff.

Responsabilidades

• Support registered nurses to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Train Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants on care plans.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice within the team.
• Work flexibly as part of the team and on-site when needed.
