Special Resource Provision Teaching Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant SN2

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision team, helping pupils thrive socially and academically.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and Social Communication Interaction Difficulties.
• Working 1:1, in small groups, and within the wider classroom setting.
• Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment tailored to individual needs.
• Managing challenging behaviour with care, consistency, and skill.
• Assisting with personal care where required.

About You

• Ability to perform the duties as described.
• Confident supporting children with ASC and SCID in both group and 1:1 settings.
• Able to manage complex behaviour with calmness and compassion.
• Open to providing personal care as part of daily duties.
• Flexible, imaginative, and nurturing approach.
