Rotork is seeking a Special Projects Lead to drive transformative, high-visibility initiatives across the organisation. You will work directly with senior leadership, cross‑functionally, and own projects that shape our growth trajectory as part of the Growth+ Strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic, cross‑functional projects in a complex or fast‑moving environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical thinking and a desire to deliver outcomes that genuinely move the needle.
• Background in M&A, product portfolio evaluation, or integration is a strong advantage.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and comfort with a wide variety of challenges.

• Partner with the Head of Business Development on assessing acquisition targets and leading M&A integration activities.
• Bring clarity to ambiguity—defining scope, designing success metrics, and aligning stakeholders.
• Build powerful internal networks by connecting engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Take a structured approach to planning, risk management, and KPI tracking, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed best‑practice ways of working across the organisation.
