Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a Multi Academy Trust that have sites in Acocks Green, Hall Green, Tyseley and Erdington. They are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Year 3 SEND TA at their site in Acocks Green.
They are looking for exceptional and committed people to work within the trust to positively impact the lives of the pupils they support. This role is to support on a 1:1 basis with a male pupil in Year 3 who currently has a diagnosis of autism. He displays some challenging behaviour and can lash out verbally when frustrated. Ideally, the school are looking for someone who can come in and act as a role model for him and provide nurture and structure. This would be a full-time role to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.
