GSL Education in Leicester City is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary pupils. The role pays £93-£100 per day, ASAP start, full-time or supply, 8:45am-3:15pm, term-time only.

Knowledge of SEN needs (PD, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD, Looked After Children) and strong behaviour/classroom management are required. The school fosters an inclusive environment and will appoint permanently for the right candidate.

Formación

Pay Scale: £93-100 per day depending on experience

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Has knowledge and understanding of the following SEN Requirements: Physical Disabilities, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD and Looked After Children.
• Have experience of working in an Education or Support Role
• Have an Understanding of the National Curriculum
• Be a dedicated SEND TA who can provide outstanding support either in a long or short term role
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and classroom management skills.
• Be dedicated to providing an inclusive education for all students and being responsible for student development and academic performance.
• Be supportive and respectful of the school’s ethos.
