Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is helping a Croydon SEN school recruit a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 in a dedicated setting. • Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required
• Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable

The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Seeking a patient and proactive Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
