Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Croydon is seeking an SEN Teacher to deliver a highly differentiated curriculum for pupils with complex needs. You will teach small classes and work alongside therapists to support communication and independence.

SEN Teacher - Croydon

Full Time – Immediate Start. Salary: £170‑£300 a day (depending on experience). Location: Croydon, London.

Key Requirements

• Qualified with QTS.
• Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN.
• Experience supporting pupils with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable.
• Able to commute easily to Croydon.

Responsibilities

You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs.

Work towards EHCP outcomes, promote independence, support positive behaviour and create a structured and engaging learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.

Work closely with therapists, support staff and families to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.
