Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.

• Experience in a primary or special school setting with SEMH or Autism Spectrum Conditions preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons meeting pupil needs.
• Lead the development of a curriculum subject aligned with National Curriculum.
• Support students across academic, social, and emotional domains.
• Design tailored lessons to address individual requirements.
• Maintain safeguarding protocols and collaborate with therapists.
• Monitor progress and generate reports for planning.
