SEN Teaching Assistant Role Overview:
* Support students with a variety of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
* Work closely with students to manage and reduce challenging behaviours, and help them build coping mechanisms.
* Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver tailored learning support.

Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs (e.g., SEN support, youth work, mental health roles).
* Strong behaviour management skills - any restraint or positive handling training is a plus.
