As SENDCo you will lead provision for pupils with SEND across the school, working with senior leaders, families and external agencies to champion inclusive practice and secure the best outcomes for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Qualified SENDCo or willingness to undertake the qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND legislation.
• Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and removing barriers to learning for all pupils.
• Excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for inclusive education.
