Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist primary school in Shawford. You will assist pupils aged 4–11 with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs, providing classroom, one-to-one and small-group support.

You will help learners overcome barriers, build confidence and independence while working closely with teachers and a supportive school team. The role is full-time, term-time-only, with DBS checks and ongoing development provided.

We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our specialist primary school in Shawford, supporting children aged 4–11 with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs.
