Job summary

Tiger Trailers is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join the Aftersales team. Based at our site, you will drive spare parts sales, promote the Tiger Online Parts Store and provide outstanding customer service with a focus on key accounts and product promotions.

Working 39 hours per week, with some flexibility for evenings or weekends as required. Competitive salary and benefits package offered, including a pension and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills with a flexible approach to learning, essential.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong practical problem-solving skills, essential.
• Good IT skills; training will be provided for Tiger internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and generating new sales enquiries/orders for spare parts.
• Preparing specifications and quotations for spare parts business.
• Following customer orders through to completion.
• Engaging with Engineering/Design and other areas on spare part design and patent portfolio.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service in relation to orders.
