Job summary

HE Space, in collaboration with Sopra Steria, seeks a skilled professional for procurement and project control roles across ESA programmes. The position involves managing procurement actions, contract documentation, and financial reporting to support complex space initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong organisational and English communication abilities in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance or a similar role.
• Good organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting procurement and project control activities across ESA programmes.
• Implementing and managing procurement actions, contracts and financial documentation in ESA systems.
• Monitoring workflows, approvals and procurement performance indicators.
• Maintaining procurement, geo-return and planning data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting contract management, milestone tracking and contract close-out activities.
• Producing reports, KPIs and financial analyses for programme management.
• Coordinating governance documentation and approval processes.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
