Job summary

HE Space is seeking a Project Control professional to join our Harwell-based team in the United Kingdom. You will support cost, schedule, and risk management across ESA-driven programmes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires a Masters in Engineering or MBA, extensive MS Office and SAP experience, and fluency in English. You will prepare management reports, monitor contracts, and help drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Master's in Engineering or MBA (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Experience in controlling/management of activities and resources in aerospace.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with ESA corporate applications (e.g., ESA-p) is an asset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support identified managers on project control activities: cost, high-level schedule, risks, and management processes.
• Handle procurement support from tendering to contract closure, including financial, planning, and industrial return aspects.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to highlight status and actions.
