Zusammenfassung

SII UK is seeking a Hardware Engineer to help advance satellite hardware development and upgrade a processor-based subsystem. You will contribute to the design, integration and verification of a Power Interface Control Board (PICB) within the upgraded architecture.

Successful candidates will have strong digital/mixed-signal design, power electronics experience and PCB tooling proficiency. A background in space/aerospace and good documentation skills are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing complex electronic hardware for high-reliability applications.
• Board-level development from concept through verification experience.
• Desirable experience in power electronics or power control boards; space/aerospace exposure.

Aufgaben

• Support the design, development and validation of a Power Interface Control Board (PICB).
• Produce electronic hardware designs from concept to detailed implementation.
• Develop schematics, component selections and supporting technical documentation.
• Perform power distribution, power integrity and interface analysis.
• Support board-level integration, hardware bring-up and functional verification.
• Contribute to design reviews and hardware verification/testing plans.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, software and integration teams.
