Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Limited offers a two-year Global Graduate development journey to build leadership and technical skills in space GNC, flight dynamics, and mission analysis. You will rotate through placements, work on space missions, and gain exposure to flight algorithms and hardware.

The program emphasizes inclusive leadership, Airbus values, and a dedicated development week with senior leaders. A classroom-to-field growth path is provided for early career engineers in the aerospace

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Control/Automation/Space/Aeronautical Engineering).
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in AOCS, GNC or Flight Dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage in design and analysis of space mission GNC and mission analysis.
• Develop software prototypes (non-real time simulators) in C/Matlab/Simulink.
• Support ESA projects and contribute to system documentation and validation.
