Airbus Defence and Space Limited is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer for the AGGP2027 programme starting September 2027. You will join a two-year development journey designed to build leadership, technical skills and program exposure.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Software Engineering.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to aerospace software projects and develop innovative software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements to delivery.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, Test engineers and project managers.
• Develop mainly in Java, using the latest technologies to test and optimise software.
• Learn to write technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Learn and apply new technologies as project needs evolve.
• Assist with integration of software components with hardware and systems.
• Complete at least one rotational placement during the programme.
