Qualifications

• A Levels and/or 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths.
• Experience in a Space capacity or related insurance/broker support environment is required.
• Ability to work with employees at all organisational levels.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce MRC slips and new business information/quotations.
• Create UMRS and endorsements for Account Managers.
• Issue regulatory documentation and manage premium adjustments.
• Handle mid-term adjustments and premium queries.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and related documentation.
• Manage Space Notices of Cancellation and onboarding of clients.
