Job summary

Price Forbes, part of The Ardonagh Group, in London, is seeking a Broker/Client Support Technician to provide technical support across open market placements and global facilities. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely processing, and collaboration with brokers and clients, within a fast-paced team.

You'll work in a dynamic environment, maintaining comprehensive files, utilizing Whitespace and other market systems, and ensuring contract certainty and efficient invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting brokers and clients in professional insurance environments.
• Understanding of market submissions, endorsements and documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory and London market practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing market submissions and placing documentation including MRC’s and endorsements.
• Maintaining files reflecting transactions undertaken on behalf of clients.
• Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions.
• Logging of all quotes and enquiries.
• Daily monitoring with NST/IBA team to monitor cash and funding.
• Assisting with binding submissions via Whitespace.
