Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is essential.
• Experience in spa or salon environment ideally 1+ year with professional treatments and products.
• Proficient in delivering a range of treatments including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, professional, and able to put guests at ease.
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene; strong health and safety knowledge in a spa setting.
• Product knowledge of major spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA) desirable.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.

Hours: This is a flex role offering flexibility but we anticipate you working 3 - 4 shifts per week. We operate 365 days per year so this could include weekends and bank holidays.

Pay:

• £13.50 - £15 per hour (dependent upon experience and qualifications) plus commission on sales

• Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential
• Experience in spa or salon environment - ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products
• Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - friendly, professional, and able to make guests feel at ease
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting
• Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
