Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes is seeking a spa therapist to deliver high-quality massages, facials, and body treatments in a luxury spa setting. You will engage guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism, thriving both in team settings and when working solo on treatments.

Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and at least 1 year of spa experience, with strong presentation and hygiene standards. Training and perks are provided in a premium, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential.
• Spa or salon experience of 1+ year with professional treatments and products.
• Proficient in massage, facials, body treatments and nail care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and professional.
• High standard of presentation and personal hygiene; strong health and hygiene knowledge.
• Knowledge of major spa brands (Elemis, ESPA) is desirable.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Deliver a range of treatments with professionalism and care.
• Provide warm, engaging guest interactions to enhance relaxation.

Hours: This is a flex role offering flexibility but we anticipate you working 3 - 4 shifts per week. We operate 365 days per year so this could include weekends and bank holidays.

Pay:

• £13.50 - £15 per hour (dependent upon experience and qualifications) plus commission on sales

Qualifications

• Experience in spa or salon environment - ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products

• Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care

• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting

• Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable

• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
