Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking a spa therapist to pamper guests at Kenwick Park, Louth. You will perform a range of beauty treatments with care, keep the retreat pristine, and assist guests with bookings and product purchases on site.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 Beauty Therapy, strong customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset. Weekend and bank holiday work is required; training and on-park discounts are provided as part of our benefits package.

What you’ll be doing

In your capable hands, beauty treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:

• Carrying out a range of beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
• Ensuring the Beauty Retreat is clean, well presented and welcoming
• Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
• Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with experience of waxing, massage, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, tanning, facials and body treatments
• Great customer service and calming communication skills
• IT and sales skills and money handling experience
• A willingness to work positively as part of a team

It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked in a similar role on a holiday park but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide lots of training.
