Job summary

Warner Leisure Hotels is hiring a Spa Therapist for the Runnymede on Thames, offering premium spa treatments and a luxury guest experience.

You will deliver a full range of spa services, provide skincare advice, and support a 5-star spa and leisure operation. Benefits include staff discounts, training, potential accommodation, and dining perks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualification required or desirable.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualification preferred.
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications are optional.
• Experience in spa industry is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to support reception cover and cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to a 5-star standard.
• Provide skincare and product advice to guests and colleagues.
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties as required.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)
