Job summary

Warner Hotels Group on Hayling Island is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to a 5-star standard. You will help guests feel relaxed and pampered while supporting the Spa and Leisure team.

The role offers training, product knowledge, and opportunities to work with Temple Spa and Mii products. Enjoy excellent staff benefits, potential accommodation, and staff discounts on holidays and meals.

Qualifications

• 1 year spa industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about spa industry and high standard treatments.
• Able to offer expert skincare and body product advice; full training provided.
• Willing to cover reception and cleaning duties as needed.

Spa Therapist- Up to £ 13.21 per hour.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)

* Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
