Job summary

Warner Hotels' Runnymede on Thames is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a full range of professional spa treatments, ensuring the highest standards of guest care and a 5-star luxury experience.

You will join the Spa and Leisure team with access to Temple Spa and Mii experiences, comprehensive training, staff discounts, accommodation possibilities, and wellness support, making Warner Hotels a rewarding place to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications required or desirable.
• Level 3 or equivalent qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications are an asset.
• Holistic therapies such as reflexology or Reiki are a plus.
• Experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, or Mii products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to a 5-star standard.
• Ensure guests leave relaxed, pampered and highly satisfied.
• Provide excellent guest service and skincare advice.
• Support ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning as needed.

Education

Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications

Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications

Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications

Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
