Job summary

Warner Hotels Group at Studley Castle is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver luxury spa treatments and uphold 5-star service for our guests. You will perform a full range of professional spa treatments and ensure the highest standards of relaxation and pampering.

We welcome candidates with Level 2/3 qualifications, massage or holistic therapies, and experience with Temple Spa or Mii. Full training is provided, with staff benefits and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential).
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential).
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments.
• Maintain a 5-star luxury guest experience.
• Offer expert skincare and body product advice.
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties (reception cover/cleaning).
• Participate in Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.
