Solent Hotel & Spa is seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join our team. You will deliver beauty and massage treatments to hotel and spa guests, ensure the treatment area remains pristine, and provide outstanding customer service.

A passion for health and beauty is essential, with training provided for the range of products used. The role requires good communication with staff and guests, a warm hospitality approach, and flexibility to work weekends as the spa operates 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with a range of spa products is beneficial but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out beauty and massage treatments for hotel and spa guests.
• Maintaining treatment area to a high standard at all times.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Sharing product knowledge and advice with guests.
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
