Job summary

voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. You will deliver a full range of beauty treatments, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while keeping guest satisfaction at the heart of what you do.

You’ll also engage in retail sales to guests and spa members. To succeed, you should be passionate about exceptional guest service, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and hold at least Level 3 Beauty qualification.

• Experience in a luxury spa/beauty environment.

The Role:

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll be someone driven by their passion to create a memorable guest experience, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere whilst keeping guest experience and satisfaction at the heart of what they do. As a key member of the Spa Team, you’ll interact with guests and spa members and provide a great spa experience at all times. You’ll provide a full range of Beauty Therapy, making sure a high standard is maintained throughout each treatment and also perform retail sales to all guests.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a casual Spa Therapist with a passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and delivering exceptional service. For this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be trained to Level 3 Beauty as a minimum. You’ll have experience working within a luxury spa/beauty environment and have competent knowledge of treatments.
