Job summary

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist for 32 hours per week. You will perform a full range of facial and body treatments and help guests enjoy a memorable spa experience in beautiful surroundings near Dartford.

The role includes client consultations, treatment recommendations, and collaboration with reception for smooth billing, with opportunities for training and progression within our spa team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Trade test completion with Spa Manager prior to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of facial and body treatments.
• Greet clients on arrival and complete consultation cards.
• Guide guests through the customer journey and explain recommended treatments.
• Suggest and discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance the experience.
• Offer refreshments in the relaxation area after treatments.
• Coordinate with Spa Receptionists for accurate billing.
