Job summary

New Park Manor, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences in the New Forest. The role is 32 hours per week, including weekends, at £13.76 per hour plus service charge and benefits. You will perform treatments, educate guests on offerings and actively promote spa products.

uk Qualified Spa Therapist with NVQ3/ITEC/CIDESCO, Elemis training desirable, and a passion for wellness. Team collaboration and guest-centric service are key.

Qualifications

• Spa UK qualification to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent).
• Elemis training is desirable.
• Experience as Spa Therapist in destination or hotel spa.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: welcome guests, discuss options and tailor offerings.
• Performing treatments within brand guidelines for relaxation and wellbeing.
• Promote and sell treatments and products to guests.
• Collaborate with spa team for a harmonious working environment.
