Job summary

Warner Hotels Lakeside, Hayling Island, Hampshire, is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its luxury spa team. Deliver a full range of professional treatments to a 5-star standard, ensuring guests leave relaxed and pampered.

We offer training and development, Temple Spa and Mii product experiences, staff discounts, accommodation where available, and a competitive hourly rate up to £13.21. Full-time permanent role with fortnightly pay and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (preferred).
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications (preferred).
• Holistic qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (preferred).
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to a 5-star luxury standard.
• Ensure treatments are delivered to the highest quality and guests feel pampered.
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Role Description

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
