A day in the life of…

Therapists are given 15 minutes of setup time before welcoming their first client. There is also a 15-minute break between clients to catch up, recommend retail, or clean the room. Therapists typically have no more than three full-body treatments per day. Cleaning duties are shared at the end of the day, with 30 minutes allocated to clean the room after the last treatment.

The Mineral House Crowne Plaza is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team. If you have a minimum Level 2 qualification and full flexibility, this could be the perfect role for you.

We provide full Germaine De Capuccini training, along with two weeks of comprehensive training before starting treatments.

What do we need from you?

• Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of facilities, and to address issues promptly
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, working well as part of a team
