Beauty & Wellness Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

As one of our Therapists, you’ll provide a wide range of treatments, including massage, facials, scrubs, nail services, and more. You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, combining technical skill with warm, welcoming service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified beauty therapist with proven experience in spa or beauty salon settings
• Skilled in a range of services in spa and beauty
• A genuine love for hospitality and guest care
• Strong communication and upselling abilities
• Works well as part of a team
• (Bonus) Previous experience in hospitality or high-end guest services

Key Responsibilities: All training in the ranges we use will be provided.

• Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, including:
• Massages
• Facials
• Nail treatment
• Ensure clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely satisfied
• Understand client needs through consultation and tailor treatments accordingly
• Upsell relevant treatments and products where appropriate
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment space
• Support front-of-house operations as needed
