Therapist Responsibilities

As a Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. You will manage the entire guest journey, ensuring all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and that every guest receives genuine and personalized service. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

1. Contributing to the smooth operation of the wellness and fitness treatment areas.
2. Carrying out all treatments with passion and pride, meeting required standards.
3. Being confident and fully knowledgeable about every treatment, product, and facility in the Wellness and Fitness Centre.
4. Adhering to treatment time guidelines while maintaining high standards of guest care.
5. Ensuring product knowledge is well understood, providing educational, therapeutic, and relaxing experiences for clients.
6. Greeting clients warmly by name, guiding them to the therapy room, and ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
7. Upselling products during treatments with enthusiasm and knowledge.
8. Representing Nobu as an ambassador.
