What you'll do

• Our Spa Therapists are responsible for taking exceptional care of our guests and providing an excellent standard of a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, beauty treatments, facials, and nail polishing. This also involves retailing skincare products to guests, completing consultation forms accurately, and maintaining high standards in their treatment rooms in accordance with spa standards to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests, such as requesting their preferred therapist or specific treatment preferences, or last-minute changes. Our spa therapists handle these with high levels of intuition and empathy.
• Occasionally, guests celebrate special occasions, and many of these requests are fulfilled by our Spa Therapists.
