We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, in May 2023 and have revitalized this historic building. Our Heartists aim to create memorable, heartfelt moments for all guests, sharing unique stories from the past while immersing themselves in our hospitality, creating their own magical tales. We boast 179 stunning bedrooms within a remarkable landmark of the city, with the iconic clock tower and bells setting the tempo of our story. Our various restaurants, bars, and a state-of-the-art spa sanctuary offer everyone a place to have the time of their lives, pause the clock, and embark on their own magical journey with MGallery.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA THERAPIST AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY

What you'll be doing...

Upon entering our hotel, guests are 'wowed,' and our goal is for them to be equally impressed with our building and Heartists. Our Heartists are the heart of the hotel, dedicated to making meaningful moments from check-in to departure. We enjoy interacting with guests, learning what makes them tick, and providing surprise and delight, creating memorable moments. This role offers flexible hours and days (between 16 to 24 hours per week, depending on business needs).

Reporting to the Spa Manager, your typical day will include:

• Providing personalized therapies to create timeless spa memories, ensuring guests feel at ease with your care, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Delivering high-quality treatments tailored to guest expectations and preferences.
• Working with luxury products, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and monitoring stock levels.
• Demonstrating excellent presentation skills and attention to detail in all client interactions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mainly based on personality and potential, but here are some requirements...

• Level 3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy or higher.
• A positive attitude, passion for your profession, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts/days as per business needs.

Additional duties include working positively and collaboratively with all departments and Heartists, keeping the guest experience central.
