Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments, including massages, facials, and wellness therapies, delivering personalised care and exceptional service in a luxury spa setting.

You will personalise treatments, build guest relationships, and collaborate with the spa team. A recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification and experience in a luxury spa are required to join our world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
• Strong guest care and five star service standards
• Passion for wellbeing, spa therapies, and holistic treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of massage therapies, facials, and body treatments to the highest standards
• Personalise treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences
• Create memorable and meaningful wellness experiences for every guest
• Recommend spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products confidently and professionally
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa
• Build strong product and treatment knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes
• Work collaboratively with the wider Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments designed to enhance wellbeing and create memorable guest experiences. You will deliver massage therapies, specialist facials, and bespoke wellness treatments while ensuring every guest receives personalised care and exceptional service. Working within a luxury spa environment, you will help create an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing that exceeds expectations.

• Full time position based on either a 32 or 40 hour week depending on preference
