Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District invites a passionate Spa Therapist to join its 5-Star luxury spa team. You will deliver luxury treatments with warmth, confidence, and expertise across our Spa Space, Jetty Spa, and private spa lodges, ensuring guests enjoy restorative wellness experiences.

Qualifications

• Recognised beauty, spa, or massage therapy qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• ESPA training or experience delivering ESPA treatments and product recommendations.
• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness environments.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional, and caring approach.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care.
• A genuine passion for wellbeing and creating memorable guest experiences.

We're seeking a skilled, caring, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. Your Role as Spa Therapist:
