Job summary

Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver luxury treatments across our spa spaces, jetty spa, private lodges, and spa suites. You will create memorable wellness experiences with warmth, confidence, and expertise, maintaining the high standards that define the Gilpin spa.

We offer 40-hour weeks, a structured development path, meals on shift, uniform, gratuities, and retail commission, plus benefits tied to Relais & Châteaux and Pride of Britain

Qualifications

Recognised beauty, spa, or massage therapy qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
ESPA training or experience delivering ESPA treatments and product recommendations.
Previous experience within luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness environments.

Responsibilities

Delivers a range of luxury treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
Creates personalised experiences that welcome, care for, and value guests.
Provides expert product recommendations and wellness advice tailored to guest needs.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and hygiene.
