Job summary

Away Resorts Kenwick Park in Louth, Lincolnshire is seeking a Spa Therapist on a fixed-term contract to pamper guests and deliver a range of beauty treatments. You will maintain a welcoming Beauty Retreat and assist with selling treatments and products.

Applicants should hold Level 3 Beauty Therapy with waxing, massage, manicures and more, plus excellent customer service and money handling skills. Weekend and bank holidays required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with experience of waxing, massage, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, tanning, facials and body treatments
• Great customer service and calming communication skills
• IT and sales skills and money handling experience
• A willingness to work positively as part of a team

What you'll be doing

In your capable hands, beauty treatments will be one of the highlights of guests' holidays. Your role will include:

• Carrying out a range of beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
• Ensuring the Beauty Retreat is clean, well presented and welcoming
• Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
• Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with experience of waxing, massage, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, tanning, facials and body treatments
• Great customer service and calming communication skills
• IT and sales skills and money handling experience
• A willingness to work positively as part of a team
