Job summary

Harbour Hotels in the South coast luxury market is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver consistent, exceptional service across our HarSPA brand. You will perform treatments such as massage, consult clients, and tailor sessions to individual needs while supporting diary management and proactive selling to maximise spa revenue.

Ideally NVQ Level 2 & 3 with Temple Spa and Elemis training would be advantageous. We offer staff discounts, health & wellbeing benefits, development opportunities and meals

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training would be advantageous.
• Experience delivering high-quality spa treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of spa treatments including massage.
• Consult each client to understand personal needs and tailor treatments.
• Support the manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and selling.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with apassion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company.

Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
