The role involves onboarding new staff, coordinating front- and back-of-house tasks, and maintaining The Fieldhouse Spa standards.

Ideal candidates will have spa or luxury hospitality supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with booking and POS systems.
