Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Purley is seeking a Spa Host to join our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa is clean and inviting at all times.

As a Spa Host you’ll be an ambassador for our spa experiences, work with the team to deliver great customer service, and help create a thriving, inclusive culture. This role offers rewarding growth within Europe’s leading premium wellness group.

Qualifications

• Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and explains the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Ensures the spa is clean and tidy to premium standards at all times.
• Acts as an ambassador for our spa retreats and supports members’ experience.
