Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Chigwell is seeking a Spa Host to welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa is clean and inviting to the standards of a premium environment.

You will be a friendly, proactive team player who delivers a high‑quality guest experience, supports colleagues, and helps promote our wellness culture across the club with pride.

Qualifications

• Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Ensure the spa is clean and tidy to premium standards.
• Support members with information about services and facilities.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality guest experience.
