Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Spa Host to welcome members and act as an ambassador for our spa retreats. You will explain the health and wellbeing benefits of therapy rooms, while maintaining the spa to premium standards for every guest.

As a Spa Host, you will be the face of our premium club experience, delivering great service, and ensuring members enjoy a relaxing, high-quality environment after workouts or classes.

Qualifications

• Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and act as an ambassador for our spa retreats.
• Explain health and wellbeing benefits of therapies and keep the spa clean and tidy to premium standards.
• Support members to have a relaxing, premium experience during visits.
