Job summary

Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is seeking a Spa Receptionist for the Kohler Waters Spa to be the welcoming focal point for guests. You will handle enquiries in person, on the phone and by email, arranging Spa appointments and guiding guests through our range of treatments and facilities.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong time management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Good time management and attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests in person, by phone or email.
• Provide a first-class welcome and service to guests.
• Schedule appointments via telephone and email.
• Coordinate with Sales and Reservations Teams.
• Share knowledge of treatments, facilities and products.
• Offer orientation for guests visiting the Spa.
